OUT OF POCKET FEES APPLY FOR THE FOLLOWING SERVICES
- Telehealth – $30 GAP fee will apply for patients over 16 years and under 65.
- Telehealth – Patients under 16 and over 65, concession card holders will be bulk billed ONLY between the hours 9am to 3pm. Outside these hours A $30 gap fee will apply.
- Iron Infusion $150
- Implanon Removal $60

CANCELLATION / NON-ATTENDANCE POLICY
We have a Cancellation/Non-attendance policy for all appointments. A $30 Cancellation Fee applies if you do not cancel or reschedule at least 4 hours prior to your scheduled GP appointment. In order to be able to consult with a practitioner in future, this fee would need to be paid prior to the appointment. (Special Circumstances will be considered).
A 48 hours notice is required for allied health (physiotherapist, dietitian, exercise physiologist, podiatrist) and specialist appointments. A $50 Cancellation Fee
